Wristguard evaluation
Unlike helmets, there are currently no international standards for wrist guards and therefore no specific requirements or design specifications for products on the market. This creates issues with ensuring that all wrist guards are of a consistent and quality and will do an effective job.
Consumer recently undertook an evaluation of the wrist guards that are available on the market within New Zealand. This evaluation provides guidance for consumers in terms of desirable wrist guard properties.
